CONVOY SC 12
Departed Sydney, C.B. on Nov. 13-1940 and arrived Liverpool on the 29th.
Arnold Hague's "The Allied Convoy System" gives 17 ships in this convoy.

Transcribed from several documents received from Tony Cooper - His source: Public Records Office, Kew.

There's a note on the original documents saying that consequent on holding of convoys at assembly ports owing to ocean raider, following will sail together and rendezvous on Nov. 26.

Former rendezvous dates:
SC 12 - Nov. 26
HX 86 (Bermuda) - Nov. 16 ("May not be able to bunker and store in time, and if so, would come with HX 89")
HX 87 (Halifax) - Nov. 20
HX 87 (Sydney) - Nov. 20
HX 88 - Nov. 24

The "raider" in question was Admiral Scheer - see text for Convoy HX 84.

Crossed out ships did not sail.
