** W.H. Libby is listed as American in "The World's Merchant Fleets", under Panamanian flag from 1940.
The nationality for Indus is given as Swedish in T. Agar's document ( she returned to port and sailed in the next convoy).

Commodore Ship was the British D/S Norwegian in station 51.

Convoy HX 164 Cruising Order Departed Halifax on Dec. 8-1941, arrived Liverpool on the 23rd (Arnold Hague gives 43 ships). This does not mean that all the ships arrived that port on that date; some ships had other destinations.
