CONVOY ON 7 – U.K.-Norway

Left Methil on Jan. 6-1940 and arrived Norway on the 9th.
Received from Don Kindell - His source: Arnold Hague's research.

Stations are not known.


According to A. Hague, the following 7 ships were in this convoy:

Norwegian Breda
British Briarwood (sailed from Middlesbrough - arrived Narvik, Norway on Jan. 11)
Finnish Ingerois
Finnish Leda
Estonian Otto*
Finnish Sally
British Vestra

Note that according to a list of all U.K.-Norway Convoys, Convoy ON 7 consisted of 6 ships - 1 British, 1 Norwegian, and 4 Finnish. There was also a *Finnish Otto - perhaps her nationality given above is incorrrect?
