*It looks like Eulima detached off Iceland - she's listed in Convoy PQ 4, which left Hvalfjord for Archangel on Nov. 17-1941 - see also external link re USS Swanson below.
She returned with Convoy QP 4 from Archangel on Dec. 29. (See this external site).

There's a note in connection with the slow Convoy SC 53 saying that Egyptian Prince, sailing in that convoy, came from HX 158.
Additionally, a note for Convoy SC 54, states that Beechwood, crossed out from that convoy, came from HX 158.

Notes:
A Panamanian tanker and a Dutch freighter both have pennant number 54 in the diary, perhaps the Panamanian ship moved to a different station once the other ships started arriving?

The ships left port to form the convoy in the following sequence:
The Panamanian freighter flying pennant 54, and the British tanker with 21 went out almost 2 hours ahead of the rest of the convoy. Then at 11:11 a British freighter went out (white fishtail with blue cross, station 51), at 11:13 a British tanker, then Aalsum followed by a Dutch tanker, 3 minutes later a Norwegian freighter, then Empire Silver, a Norwegian tanker, a British freighter, Danmark, (4 masts), City of Glasgow, Geo. W. McKnight, 2 British tankers and a British liner, a Norwegian tanker, then Tilapa, another Norwegian tanker followed by Strinda, Strategist (with a dented stern), Charles Racine, then a British tanker, a Dutch freighter and a British freighter, San Amado, 2 British tankers and a Norwegian tanker, Eulima, a British freighter, San Adolfo, a Norwegian freighter, Empire Stanley (LUZ on Hurricane), a British tanker, Henry Dundas. The Dutch Cleodora was the last to leave at 14:01.

(Again, the names of some of the un-named ships in this convoy can been found at this external site).

Rescue Ship for the last stretch of this voyage was Perth, on her 10th voyage as rescue vessel, having been requisitioned as such on Oct. 14-1940. She had started this voyage from Clyde on Nov. 4 with Convoy ON 33, detached to Iceland Nov. 11, then joined HX 158 on Nov. 13 ("Convoy Rescue Ships 1940-1945", Arnold Hague).

For info, there's a note on my page about the westbound Convoy ON 35, saying the following:
"At 15:00 on Nov. 14 Convoy HX 158 passed on the port beam, off course.

According to
this webpage, USS Swanson, Greer, Buck, Ludlow, Cole, McCormick and Woolsey formed part of the escort for this convoy (scroll down to "First trip to Iceland"). The site adds: "On 13 November Convoy HX-158 and the U.S. Escorts were in the Momp area and the British naval units arrived to relieve the U.S. Escorts of the Convoy. The Iceland unit consisting of the: Eulima, Thorshorn (probably a mis-spelling of the Norwegian tanker Thorsholm) and Cleodora broke off from the main body of the convoy and, escorted by the USS Swanson, Buck, Greer, and McCormick proceeded north to Iceland. They arrived in Hvalfjord Harbor early in the afternoon of November 14, 1941".
