According to Roger W. Jordan (you may have this info already):
Torpedoed by U-825 on Jan. 27-1945 (conflicts with your date) in Convoy HX 322, broke in two 52 35N 05 18W, beached at Oxwich Bay - 4 died 40 survived. Forepart refloated, broken up at Briton Ferry, afterpart broken up in situ (not sure what this means).
Would you want technical information, such as dimensions (where and when she was built etc.)?
According to my Norwegian sources:
Agreeing with the date Jan. 27 - Captain was Fridtjof Olsen, cargo of 11000 tons petroleum for Clyde. The convoy was 30 nautical miles SW of Bardsley Island at 12:35, two U-boats in position, U-825 (Stölker), and U-1051 (no reports, since it was sunk by escort that same day). Two torpedoes did hit the convoy. The American S/S Ruben Dario could continue, but Solør was hit (there are more details on this, but not sure what you're after) - taken in tow the next day and beached as above. Half of her cargo and 17 aircraft unlodaed before she broke in two.
(Solør also took part in Operation Torch, Nov. '42).
