Have found very little on this incident. What is reported is that Z25 made a sortie into the Gulf of Finland during 4-6.9.44 to intercept Finnish vessels that were attempting to escape to Sweden. Najaden was captured northwest of Dago on 4.9.44. Najaden had previous been in German service, and was reported in Baltic/Norway trade in June 1943, in Finland/Germany trade in April 1944, and was reported at Copenhagen in August 1945 before being handed back to Finland. I have an unconfirmed report that after capture by Z25, Najaden was taken to Elsinore, Denmark.
