Hallo Billy !
Theo

Billy, Theodor basically says that this ship (6545 gt, built 1913) was torpedoed by U-38 on July 19-1917, 75 miles(?) southeast of Malta. He can't find anything on her for 1918.
Theodor's postings are always very valuable, but not everyone reads German. I would love to get some volunteers who could translate his posts, or at least summarize what's in them so that everyone can benefit from them - do I have any takers? (I really don't have the time to do it myself, besides I don't understand absolutely everything and might end up giving the wrong translation).
Eloby (British & African Steam Nav. & Co.), by the way was built by Irvine's Shipbuilding. The captain and 55 of her crew died.
