A picture of HCJ has been found in Australia with
the inscription: "Died on a Wilhelmsen ship in the
war." We would like to identify the ship and HCJ's
family with the objective of returning the picture to
them. Is there somewhere a list of merchant seamen who
died in WWII that would give us some info?

There's a sailor by that name (or very close) listed here [www.minnehallen.no] - though he died on a Panamanian ship (several Norwegians on board). If you go to "søk navn" and type in Jensen in the "etternavn" field you'll come up with a list of Jensen's.

If all else fails you could also try to write to Wilh. Wilhelmsen, they still exist. I have the address somewhere if you want it.
