Hi,
The Rutlandshire was NOT salvaged.
The Ubier = NM-21 (operated by 59. Vorpostflottille) was yard number 99 from Moss verft, and delivered in 1941 (308 grt).
She was mined and sunk 6.12.42 together with her sister NM-01 Cherusker (yard number 98) after stricking mines laid 19.11.1942 by the Soviet submarine "K-1".
There were no survivors from the Ubier.

Best regards
Erling
