I remember while writing up the summary of the loss of Sneland I [www.warsailors.com] there was a lot of confusin in the various sources - some even disagreeing on whether the 2 ships were inward or outward bound.

It would be so great to clear this incident up while we still have someone around who can tell the story. Corrections to the Avondale Park story would affect the Sneland I story, and vice versa.
