Norwegian freighter "Ulla"

I“m looking for info on this ship. The only proof I have for its existence is that it sailed with convoy UR-142 from Loch Ewe, Scotland in November 1944 along with five other merchant ships, including British tanker "Shirvan" and Icelandic passenger ship/freighter "Gošafoss", both sunk Nov. 10 1944. Also there were five armed trawlers guarding the convoy including the Norwegian "Honnigsvaag" and the British "Northern Reward". Any information on this convoy and the ships in it are greatly appreciated.

Merry Christmas,
Yngvi
