Dutch pilot vessel loss

Hi all,

Got a question about the Dutch pilotvessel "Stoomloodsvaartuig 2" (ex-Hellevoetsluis), which was lost on November 30 1940 to a mine. The problem is I can't find any position for her. Anybody got it?

Then there's another thing: a number of Dutch pilot vessels escaped to Britain in May 1940, and most of them survived the war. Were they in service with the Trinity House (which is the British pilot service) ? Any info will be appreciated.
