I must admit that I was getting a little suspicious when I couldn't find any information on this 'sinking'.

But this all becomes clear now. And, I suppose, that it makes sense that a Floating Dock, which presumably is supported on multiple distrbuted floats would be extremely difficult to sink in a torpedo attack.
