I have been in contact with Rodger Haworth who runs the Miramar site, and it is my understanding that fuller details will appear on the website in the very near future.
Of interest generally, I raised with Rodger the payments question and am told that at the present time he is considering payment options in addition to PayPal/credit card because some people do not have a credit card. I tried to make a donation to Miramar a few weeks ago through the site's PayPal facility and using both my UK bank DEBIT card and my Irish bank debit card, and it would accept neither of these.
Rodger tells me that it will be possible to make a direct cash payment from your own bank to his bank in New Zealand, and there is the option of sending cash by post.
