you guys have such a wealth of information - I can't thank you enough! can you provide some more (!) ?:

Which one was the lighthouse tender?
tonnage on the dredger?

I did find my Uraga source and can confirm that Romblon was yard # 14, Marinduque # 15, Bohol # 16 completed as Senkai # 1, Cebu # 17 completed as Senkai # 2, and Jolo # 18 completed as Senkai # 3. I think I see the hand of the Japanese Government in this transfer to the Japanese Army!
