Hello

Iam trying to trace my family tree with my mother and a skeleton has come out of the closet as it appears that her grandfather was bigamist, ( a bit of a suprise for us)

Her father john nicol was lost at sea on the Glendalough on 19.03.43
We are trying to find pictures of the glendalough, and does anyone know why a m.b.e. was awarded?

Kelly shipping has been very helpful but do not have any records from that period

Thanks

Andrew
