Hello, I am also looking for any material on The Glendalough. My husband's uncle Frederick Waller was killed on the S S Glendalough on the 9th. August 1941. He was an Able Seaman in the Royal Navy and we believed killed by enemy fire when the ship was attacked by enemy planes overhead. We know his name is listed on the Chatham Naval Memorial and which also states H.M.S. President 111. This we believe is the dock this ship came from. On his death certificate though it names the Glendalough. Thank you if you can help us in our search.
