Looking for info on Howard Tattrie's travels.

Hi all,
I'm trying to re-trace my Dad's travels with the Merchant Marines in 1944-45 (end of the war).
He was on 3 different ships that I know of:
The Hoeghscout
The Jotunfjell
and The Torrens
Is anyone aware of Crew lists or other documentation that might show he was on them or any others he might have been on? Having trouble due to the fact that he is Canadian and he was ony 17 at the time (ran away from home - tried to join the Army - got caught and joined the merchant marines instead).
