He is listed as being aboard the M/K Haugland I and was transported to Lerwick November 27-29 1941. His name is written as "Halvard" but on his birth record he is named Halvor Johan Gundersen Urang.He was born in Finnaas, Bremnes, Hordaland in 1909. I know he survived the war as I have found his grave marker in Bremnes well after the war.My father says he served with the Norwegian resistance during the war but I have found no further info.He is also listed as an engineer on his death record.There is also a Tina Urang listed on the Haugland I. I assume his wife. anyone have any info? thanks
