El Nil hospital ship

Dearlove a photo of El Nil. My father served on her in 1947 as a young fireman trimmer. He often speaks of his experience from Haifa, Port Said and Hamburg during those terrible times after the war. Can anyone help get me some info and/or photos? Alex.
