Hello!
I am seeking anyone who knew or who knows someone who knew my grandfather August Lundberg. He was born in Halden, Norway 20th of May 1887. His father was swedish and his mother norwegian. He was a sailor and arrived in New York 3rd of Jan. 1918 as a member of the crew on the ship Egba. On 10th of July he arrived in New York again, this time as a member of the crew on the ship Robt. C. Clowry.
Then he stayed in New York and married my grandmother, who was Norwegian. My mother and her sister were both born in New York.
In 1933 my grandmother and the children returned to Norway but August stayed. The family had contact with him until 1938. After that noone knows what happened.
