Loss of M.W.70 / Urua 1944

The Speerflotte vessel (ex Binnenschiff) M.W.70 ex Belgian Urua was lost in a collision at Narvik harbour 4.1.44 or 4.4.44. She collided with a "KFD".
The wreck was raised in the summer of 1955 by Norsk Bjergningskompani, taken to Ankenes and cleaned.
Does someone knows what a "KFD" is, the correct date of her loss (4.1.44 acording to Speerflotte files), and the final fate to the wreck?
