In the outline section:
[...] Alexandria was twice attacked p.m. today by enemy aircraft, causing alight damage to the shore base. DECOY was hit by a bomb at 1730 and was damaged.[...]
In the detail section:
[...] Alexandria Raid. Night 12/13 1900 and 2020 hours. Enemy aircraft dropped 17 bombs on Alexandria. 2 warehouses at Ras el Tin alightly damaged. No casualties.(H.Q. R.A.F. M.E., 1211/13).
Air raid (a) 1730 to 1750. 2 planes at dusk 8 bombs 27 killed 10 were children 22 injured all Egyptians. Raid (b) 1900 to 2040 about 3 planes and about 10 bombs five Egyptians killed. Slight damage to two transit sheds. (R[?].A.1/c Alexandria 2230/13).[...]
DECOY: Damaged in air raid Alexandria 1730/13 (see 15/11).[...]
14.11.1940:
[...] Alexandria Raid: Night 13/14 Nov. few enemy bombers made 2 attacks on Alexandria bombs falling in harbour and at Mex. No R.A.F. damage ofcasualties reported. 32 civilians killed. Destroyer hit by incendiary bomb. No details of damage of casualties.(H.Q., R.A.F., M.E., 1139/14).[...]
15.11.1940:
[...] DECOY Bombed: DECOY hit by bomb during air raid Alexandria 1730/13. 2 officers 9 ratings killed. Temporary repairs in hand locally to complete in about 7 days, when ship will proceed to Malta for permanent repairs.(C.in.C. Med., 1331/15).[...]
