German tug BORNHÖVED

A small German motor tug named BORNHÖVED was taken as prize at Flensburg in 1945, then for sale in the UK in 12/1946 and became Thames tug BANKSIDE, and later PLAYFAIR LADY.
Listed as 57grt, 300bhp diesel, built 1944.

Cannot see this one in Gröner Vol.6. Anyone have any clues to builder or other details?
