Cuba till 1910 has officially no navy
only custom forces.
In that time a few yachts were bought as revenue cutters.
I was not able to identify two of them
1) JOSE MARTI (very oflt listed only as MARTI) was reported as ex yacht DORIS FASSENDER.
Very probably should be FASSENDEN, but I have not found any such yacht till now.
Built 1898 wooden purchased 1901
50t 98x12x6ft 250ihp=15kts
(in 1918-23 listed as 39t gunboat)
2) ORIENTE bought c1910 , off service by 1918
210t 160x21x13ft 700ihp=12kts
3) ALFREDO reported built 1896 Seabury NY.
The first ship of the "Cuban Navy"
wooden 40t 60x12x6ft 11kts
(in 1918-23 listed as 14t balandra)
