First. Mexican-Built. Motorship. Designed for Gulf coastwise service, the first motorship to be built by Mexican technicians, the Teziutlan, has been launched at the Government shipyard at Coatzacoalcos, the key port of southern Vera Cruz State. The Teziutlan, a vessel of 654 tons, was designed by Ing. Joaquin Prieto, Jr., chief of the Naval Constructions Department, who personally supervised her construction. Propelling machinery consists of two 375-H.P. oil engines, designed to develop a speed of 12 knots
