Admiral Nordsee (C-in-C North Sea) reported:
From 14:14 on several planes incoming Deutsche Bucht up to area between Helgoland and Wangerooge. A lot of circling off west- and east frisian Islands. Minelaying north of Wangerooge reported.
C-in-C Deutsche Bucht reports the same and further 14:54 one Hampden fired on off Rottum. Two hits observed.
15:23 one Hampden fired on by Hafenschutzboote 602 and 613 one mile north of Hubert Gat ton. Hits observed.
