Bernd Langensiepen is one of the author's of the Ottoman Steam Navy book referred to by Tojoda. Since the OTSN book is a few years later in print date I am guessing it incorporated the same date as the Breslau etal book and maybe additions/corrections as research never ends and something new always crops up after publishing.
