Hello again,

From Byron Tesapsides excellent book Allied Submarine Operations in Greece during World War II 1941-1944

"16.34 in position 36°44N 27°00E fired two torpedoes at 80-100 ton caique anchored close inshore by Paleo Kastro. First torpedo observed to veer to the right and run up the beach. Second torpedo observed to run under target. Both failed to explode; range 700 yards."

Has this vessel ever been identified?

Note, this attack is not listed on uboat.net but to be fair it's explicitly written on [uboat.net] that the page is under contruction.

Best regards,

Jan-Olof
