Are you sure HMS Offa was not part of this operation ?

Because i have the following ships involved in this operation (My source is Hümmelchen - Die deutschen Schnellboote)

Cruiser HMS Kenya
Destroyer HMS Offa, HMS Onslow and HMS Oribi,
Destroyer Escort HMS Chiddingfold,
Landingships Prince Charles und Prince Leopold.

If HMS Offa was not part in this operation, who sunk the german ship Anhalt (5870 BRT)?

Was she not sunk by HMS Offa and HMS Chiddingfold in the same operation ?
