Hello all

Can anyone give me some information about the torpedo recovery vessel TRV 5 which in 1946 was sold commercial to Norwegian owners and renamed "Nordaas"? Rebuilt into a freighter. She is also mentioned on another thread at this site by Trygve back in 2003.

I have seen her mentioned in other sources in service with The Admiralty / Ministry of War Shipping / RAF and Royal Navy.

Anyone who have some details about her service during WWII?
