Hello Jan-Olof and Rolf,
One should add that command of RNN ULA was alterned between Lt. R.M. Sars and Lt. Valvatne (I am not sure why, especially since Captain Shadwell, the flotilla commander, preferred Lt. Valvatne).
I think Valvatne was in command at least on 28.10.1943 (if not earlier) and relinquished temporarily command on 23.12.1943 (or earlier).
