Empire Arnold, 7,045grt (MOWT). The information I have is she was part of the E series (Trinidad to dispersal Southward) Convoy E-6 on voyage from New York to Alexandria via Trinidad & Capetown. There is no record of an ES series of Convoys. She started her independent passage on the 1st August 1942, being sunk on the 4th August 1942. It also has the survivors being picked up after 8 days by the Norwegian ship Dalvanger.
