Billy, I've checked through "Convoy Rescue Ships" twice and as far as I can tell, HX 112 is not mentioned in connection with any of the early rescue ships (the first being Beachy as early as Oct-1940). The second rescue ship in service, the Dutch Hontestroom, was assigned to HX 113 from March 17 (this convoy departed Halifax just a few days after HX 112). So it would appear HX 112 did not have a rescue ship assigned to it.
