It's not so easy to follow those small fishingsmacks especially when they changed name immediately after the sale from UK.
Here is what I found about pre-Norwegian story them but I can not guarantee that it could be a mix-up of other vessels somewhere in my sources.
Here is the first one:
HILMAR SARNES ex Gustav ex Gustaf (LGEG)
Built 1887 by Richard Roberts, Ramsgate
05.1912: Owner: Ernest Wisker, Lowestoft. Name of vessel: "TARA". (Fishery.no is unknown to me).
07.06.1912: Sold by James Chenery, Lowestoft to Peter Olsson Grundell P/R, Lysekil. (Price: £240,10). Renamed "GUSTAF". Fisheryno: LL.899. (Swedish off.no: 5420; c/s JSDQ). Tonnage: 51,74 grt/ 28,41 nrt.
13.05.1913: Remeasured: 53,21 grt/33,08 nrt.
1916: Equipped with engine: Skandia 25 Bhp.
05.08.1916: Reported sold to Norway. (Price: 13500 SEK).
Registrated in Norway with fisheryno: F-11-H and later F-25-L.
The engine was later replaced by a Union 60 Bhp (b.'32)
There are more to follow later.
