It so happens I am aware of an English translation to the book mentioned by Erik. In fact, I typed the entire book into a word document for the purpose of publishing it in a Norwegian Immigration book I am involved in which is being published in British Columbia this year. However, the owners to the rights of the book would not allow us to use it. I don't have the document at my fingertips at this moment, but if you are interested, I can certainly persue the information for you.
