Since my knowledge of German is a bit rusty you should take my translation with a grain of salt. In fact I think it could have been a mine laid by the any of the following destroyers:

Wilhelm Heidkamp, Hermann Künne, Friedrich Eckholdt, Diether von Roeder, Karl Galster and Hans Lüdemann.

These destroyers under the command of Konteradmiral (?) Lütjens conducted a minelaying operation off the Humber on October 17-18, 1939. The mines claimed seven ships totalling 25825 grt.
