According to Jürgen Rohwer sunk U-956 the destroyer Dejatel'nyj on 12.01.1945 (in soviet sources on 16.01.1945 - J.R Column 9). In a foodnote J.R. says the attack could not be made by U-286 on 16.01.1945, because the boat left his base only two days before.

According to Busch & Röll the destroyer was sunk by U-286 on 16.01.1945 (no foodnote).

My question are:
Was the destroyer sunk on 12.01.1945 (then it could not be U-286) ?
Was the destroyer sunk on 16.01.1945 and could make U-286 in two days from Harstad to 60°04'N, 36°10'E ?
Made U-956 on 16.01.1945 an attack against a destroyer ?
