In the article on the motor vessel Tungsha ( 5505 tons, built 1924 ), lt mentions the collision with the Swedish vessel Kaaparen on June 14th 1942. Does anyone know if Tungsha was previously involved in a collision with the British freighter SS Middleton ( 4297 tons, built 1935 ), on the 18th of February 1942, in a position of 55.07N/05.27W? The above information is from Roger Jordans " Merchant Fleets 1939." SS Middleton also sank as a result of the collision. Any information would be appreciated. Regards Steve.
