Greetings from Forum Marinum, Finnish Naval museum, Turku, finland

We are writing a book about Finnish Taisto-class mtb's

Does anyone have information on Soviet destroyer, fleet torpedoboat, gunboat, patrol boat and minesweeper activities supporting the Soviet army attack on Finnland june-july 1944.

Finnish 1. Mtb flotilla (Taisto-class) operated together with German units against Soviet invasion fleet which was trying to make landings on the side of the Finnish army.

Which Soviet units were involved in supporting landings to Koivisto/Björkö islands 20.-23.6.1944
Finnish coastal artillery and naval units spotted some Soviet Moskva/Kama -class gunboats and several Fugas-class minesweepers, MO-class patrol boats and armoured patrol boats. Possibly also some destroyers or fleet torpedoboats. Does someone know these Soviet units?

Because some bigger vessels were spotted Germans and Finns made combined operation “Drosselfang” 20.-21.6.1944. German T-class torpedoboats and finnish mtb’s made sweep outside Koivisto. Same night Soviet navy made landing on small island of Narvi. These units met each other and during the fight Soviet mtb’s sank German T-31. I know the names of Soviet mtb’s but does someone know which gunboats, Fugas-minesweepers and MO patrol boats were involved in fighting?

Thank you!
