HMS Scott Harley

Hi all,
Does anyone know where the British minesweeper Scott Harley was
sunk? I have two sinking positions, off Batavia (in the Java Sea)
and south of Java, in the Indian Ocean. Both by Japanese warships.
Any other details (crew, cause etc.) will be greatly appreciated,
