Astrid and Einar ran away to Sweden during WW II. They hid in the coal on a locomotive and arrived safely. They got married in Falun, and their son Helge was born in Katrineholm. Einar was only 19 when they got married. Einar's letter to his uncle John in SD dated Jan. 4-1948. |
